An evidence-based approach

I believe that how I view and understand a client's challenges impacts my treatment approach, so I chose to see these challenges as areas for development rather than deficits to be corrected.  Additionally, I do not think anyone chooses to struggle – no one wants to have a communication disorder or feeding difficulties.  I take a strengths based approach, building on the client's strengths, interests, and natural motivators to help make progress.   I follow current evidence-based practices for treatment, which includes my clinical experience and the client’s priorities and values.

Speech-feeding for babies

As a speech-language pathologist and a mother, I am delighted to provide clinical-quality care for infants in their homes!

I was trained at the M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital and have years of experience working with families and their young children in the outpatient setting.

In the early days, everything can feel like a challenge. Let me come to you to help if feeding is not going well!
